Why is calling attention to prosecutorial misconduct defaulted to a defense of Trump? Real question Ragnar. Do you believe this illegal behavior is acceptable as long as they're going after trump? I believe there is corruption at all levels of government, which includes the judicial system. I also believe this particular case against Trump is a joke—I feel much differently about the Georgia case.
None of that is relevant to why you go to extraordinary lengths to defend one side (Trump’s side) but are conspicuously quiet about everything else.

My question to you: While Trump is being prosecuted in New York for political reasons, why do you think he’s not in jail yet for violating the gag order every day that ends in y?

On your last question, because he hasn't had a gag violation that is jail worthy and he's also calling their bluff a bit. They know what will happen if they jail trump for talking trash on Cohen while Cohen is also allowed to freely say whatever he wants to trash trump on cnn, msnbc, social, etc. The obvious double standard wouldn't be tolerated by the public. What they did do is not include some of the calls in a summary record, but the calls are otherwise in evidence.
Omitting records from a summary record is not misconduct, is not illegal, and occurs by definition - it’s a summary record.
They actually have court rules allowing summary records, including FRE 1006.
