Aaaaand what does that have to do with DEI? Someone having individual issues and taking their full self to work with all of those issues is absolutely a risk for many professions. ATC absolutely could and probably did contribute to this. But that has nothing to do with DEI at this point.
And in case you are thinking you are unique with your experience, a lot of us work in high stressful jobs (many of us are doctors, lawyers, business owners, C-suite, etc.), so your specific experience is shared by many here.

You pushed a narrative that Trump’s changes to admin personnel were absolutely related to this tragedy when that is not yet known. It absolutely was done to portray Trump as responsible for this. Now, it make come out later that in fact those changes did have an impact, but there is NO WAY to know that when you posted, so you were doing the same thing Trump is - pushing a narrative that isn’t based on facts. In my opinion (which is worth exactly what you paid for it - $0) you were wrong to do so, just as Trump is wrong to do so.
