If North Carolina can go into Duke and destroy the Blue Devils on Coach K Day, there's no reason Iowa can't go into Champaign and win on Senior Night. None whatsoever. Few sights better than Cryin' Illini. Make it happen, Hawkeyes.

This could be such an epic day as Hawk fans! The women take care of business in Indy...and the men take out the Illini on Sr day. The men are going to have their hands completely full, but as was pointed out above......our Defense is at a different level then even 1 month ago. I just don't want any Illini to have a "Career Day" against us.

It’s been a magical month for Iowa hoops, both for MBB and WBB. It’s not just the transformation from a fun-but-flawed team to a downright dangerous one. It’s not just watching Caitlin drain those “how the hell did she do that” threes. The best part was getting Luka G and Roy Marble’s family back in Carver for one more taste of CHA magic while getting to see some richly-deserved jerseys go up on the rafters.
It’s better to live in the now and appreciate what we have than to have certain expectations and get burned. It’s been a fun ride so far, and the good news is that it’s not over yet.

Nebraska was taking down Wisky without Brice McGowens, until the officials, specifically the older black official (name?) made sure it did not happen. Wisky in the 1 and 1 after 4 minutes of the second half, and basically playing without their top 3 players. B1G really needs more good officials (they aren't all bad), but that has been true for decades.
