Sous vide rabbit

Shot a rabbit yesterday. Put it in the sous vide for 6 hours today. Holy shit was that thing tender and delicious! By far the best rabbit I've ever had in my life! Csb

Nah. There's a recipe in the book that came with my sous vide.

I imagine that was one of the most tender rabbit ever prepared though. Probably tied for first because I don't think it could be better.

We have never used it for rabbit. Normally, only for things that need over 24 hours to melt in your mouth.
