I watched that Solon kid at 126 in semis and finals. I know he lost to Avila earlier in the year 3-1 but he looked like the best 26 lber in the tournament to me.

I was able to go to one day at tourney this year, and wow, he was impressive. Wasn’t the kid he beat 15-0 in QF returning state champ? He was an animal on top. Will be interesting to watch him develop next couple years.

Yep, as a freshman he teched last year's champ who was undefeated. He showed a lot of ability in all positions. I would like to see him recruited by Iowa in the next couple of years because of his ability to get to the legs and score on top. He looks like he could be a complete package.

Be great if they had a true all star meet. Maybe in May or June at ball diamond, really would be great for the state.
