Lee is great, but good argument could be made that Fix is better. Suriano beat Fix. Without Lee’s late 1st period takedown in NCAA finals, Suriano could have stalled his way to overtime and won on rideouts or a scramble situation. You guys are crazy to say 100% Lee can’t be beat by Suriano. But, it’s a strawman argument because if Lee gets beat, it’s because he wasn’t healthy.

Lol I'd love to see Suriano try to win on rideouts against Lee. He chose neutral instead of going down in the 3rd period yet you think rideouts is his best bet. Scramble situation? They got in one in the 3rd period and Lee came out on top.

Spencer doesn’t ride guys, especially when healthy. He turns them. And that is what made Suriano choose neutral. Guys would feel lucky if Spencer just rode them.

I think it’s a great matchup for him because gross may not survive the pace of period 1.

That goes for most that wrestle desanto - but gross could come out of first period up by 4-5. With his ability to ride that’s a monster lead

If Gilman can keep his focus and health, he can beat anybody—if he wrestles smart. But, Suriano is no slouch—he’s got balls of steel. Just pure balls to escape from Fix.

Gilman needs to add a couple more tools to his bag. I’m a huge fan but he needs more weapons. Fix is more dangerous in neutral right now. I favor gilman in a suriano match up - style vs style. There will be blood...
