I'll be at my first Iowa/Minnesota game in Minneapolis since that day
It sure would be nice for the Hawks to just show up and control the game from start to finish. That would go a long way in silencing the doubters.
Uh...prolly not. A natty wouldn't put a dent in IowaSlaw's run-on, rambling drivel. Consecutive natty games would have him pitching that KF & Co blew it during the 4-team CFP era, and lamenting never being picked for the BCS Championship Game.

ISU does have good players and coaches. Won't bother me if they win 10 games. With that being said , Iowa losing to ISU was a debacle. First down at 2 and 3 yard line and not getting a touchdown. First down at 42 up 13 and throwing an absolute horrible pass. List goes on. With a experienced team.

If Minnesota scores more than 14 pts and more than at least one of those scores came from broken/cheating coverage, I'm really gonna start questioning if Phil is having a karmic follow-up slump after winning the award for Best Assistant last year.
