What are the MiG-29s that Poland wants to send?

The Soviet-made planes formerly belonged to East Germany and 23 were transferred to Poland in 2002.

Duda's security adviser Jacek Siewiera said that a dozen of the jets were still in Poland.

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said during a visit to Bundeswehr soldiers in Mali that the German government would likely reach a decision on approval on Thursday.

"It is there," Pistorius said of the application. "And the commitment is there that a response will go out to our Polish partners later today," without revealing what the response would be.

"But not every opinion you have you have to announce publicly. You can guess my opinion," he said.

Poland has previously heaped pressure on Germany by making public announcements of its plan to send weaponry that require German approval.

"FSB officials, for example, complain that the Defense Ministry’s count did not include dead and wounded from the Russian National Guard, the Wagner mercenary forces, or Chechen strongman Ramzan Kadyrov’s fighters. The FSB instead “calculated (that) the actual number of Russians wounded and killed in action was closer to 110,000,” says the document according to the NYT.

U.S. intelligence officials in one document say that the FSB has “accused” the Defense Ministry “of obfuscating Russian casualties in Ukraine.” They argue that this highlights “the continuing reluctance of military officials to convey bad news up the chain of command.”

SIAP Do we still have firing squads...

Yeah, this MF'er is in trouble. Might need to make an example of him.

From h-hawk's linked article:

"He initially typed up versions of highly secret documents and posted them for the group of about 25 active members from various countries to read, but later switched to posting slews of photos of the documents themselves.

As well as sharing state secrets, OG would also forecast major events before they became headline news, according to another member of the chat interviewed by the Post.

However, they told the Post that OG was "not interested in helping any foreign agency" and that he was a "young charismatic man" who was attempting to impress friends."

The Leadership of that Guard unit is getting ready to go through some stuff. I mean like the Eye of Sauron shining down upon you type stuff. They are all going to be considered complicit and most are most likely innocent but there are going to be firings, discharges, loss of retirement eligibility before this is all said and done.

I’m sure that the fine folks at FNC will be in their corner.

KYIV—A senior Ukrainian official played down the seriousness of the online leak of classified U.S. intelligence documents, saying they would have no impact on a critical Ukrainian offensive planned for the coming weeks.

The leaked files “have no operational significance,” Mykhailo Podolyak, a Ukrainian presidential adviser, said in an interview. “They have no impact on the front line or the planning of the General Staff.”

The documents published so far don’t contain any major intelligence revelations regarding where, when and how Ukraine intends to regain the 18% of the country’s territory that remain occupied by Russia.

Only a fraction of the several hundred classified documents uploaded to a small Discord server between January and March have become public, however. It isn’t clear whether the remaining, undisclosed documents contain more damaging information, or whether they are already in Moscow’s possession.

Light that fvcker up!

But torture him first. You have to make an example of him so it doesn't happen again.
You're going to need to recalibrate your punishment expectations, I'm afraid:

Garland’s description indicates that Teixeira will be facing charges under 18 U.S.C. 793, also known as the Espionage Act. It criminalizes the unauthorized removal, retention, and transmission of closely held documents related to the national defense that could be used to harm the United States or aid a foreign adversary. Each such document would be its own charge; a conviction carries a penalty of up to ten years in prison per count.

One leaked document dated Feb. 28 assesses the training and availability of equipment for the nine Western-trained brigades and suggests that they should be ready and “combat-credible” by the end of April. These forces are being equipped with the latest Western-provided heavy weapons, such as Leopard 2 and Challenger 2 tanks and Marder, Bradley and Stryker infantry fighting vehicles. All in all, the nine brigades, which will belong to the Ukrainian army’s 10th and 9th Corps, will have 200 tanks, 867 fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers, and 152 artillery pieces, according to one leaked presentation.

Same thing Trump will be charged with.
