On the scale of 0 to invading Russia for regime change, there is a lot we can do to without putting boots on the ground in Ukraine - let alone Russia - that would do the trick. If it came to us neutralizing Russians in Ukraine, we can accomplish that via air power.

Are talking about defeating the Russian military globally? Are talking about expelling Russians through whatever means necessary from Ukraine?
