Here's an email I got from a 33 year old Ukranian in Dnipropetrovsk (Dnipro.) I emailed him asking how he and the city were doing. It's translated from Ukranian to English.
His family owned the internet cafe I went to 40 times when I was in Ukraine in 2011.

He can’t even win in Ukraine. He can’t do shit on another front right now.
With most of his army committed in Ukraine, I’m not sure what he’s going to broaden the war with besides missiles.
e.g. The Russians aren’t even trying to resist the encroachments in Armenia.
Apparently they have 33 T-80s.
I'm guessing we have some M1A1s we could provide SK for their efforts.

Off on a tangent - I was told that in Vietnam, if the US wanted something protected and they could not do it themselves, they had the ROK do it. There was a total trust in their ability.

JFC. It's going to be like Enemy at the Gates when there's no training and they just hand every other conscript a weapon as they go to the front. They'll figure out the looting, raping, and murdering of civilians easily enough. But in an actual battle, they'll just be cannon fodder.
He just called up another 134k conscripts. In Vlads mind he has bodies to burn through with 68 million males in Russia. Obviously they are not all able bodied males but he has plenty of Russians to help his cause
