This might be a little tougher than Putin thought...

"UAF reportedly hit a Russian ammunition depot in occupied Makiivka."

Maybe they should send the Hungarians back to Hungary if this is the case.

Wonder if the height warning in the upper left corner of this shows it is a consumer type drone.

The problem seems to be that those countries that have not yet give Soviet era weapons are afraid of doing so and angering Russia.

"The think tank's report identified more than 6,300 relevant weapons systems from countries outside of NATO that Ukraine is currently using or employed before the Feb. 24 Russian invasion, including Mi-17 helicopters, T-8 tanks and M-14 artillery pieces.

The weapons are located in 23 countries, including South Korea, Colombia, Argentina and Kenya."

Ukraine is in a tough position. They have a lot of soviet era equipment while at the same time integrating a bunch of different western weapons systems. Logistics and maintenance have to be a serious bitch....

Having to supply and maintain dozens of different weapons systems that have totally separate supply chains is a real hurdle. I don't think people realize just how difficult all this is for them...

"With a motion for a resolution, the CDU and CSU plan to put pressure on the federal government. More tanks are to be made available to Ukraine. However, the Inspector General of the German Armed Forces has concerns."

Yep

Like Clockwork. Called this one a couple hundred pages ago....
For the life of me I can't understand why my district keeps voting for this asshat. He hasn't delivered a single project to our district. The only thing he does is "Own the libs". There have been several very conservative, ex-military Republicans who would have actually had the ability to lead and get things done (While still being Republican) who have run against him and he slaughters them everytime.

I seriously do not understand the mind of rural Republicans. They're just running off of anger that White, Christian Men don't run the show any longer and they're just voting for people who will "fight" that apparently.

honors the Ukrainian Resistance against the Russian invasion at Snake Island. On February 24th, 2022 Snake Island was targeted on the first day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Located in the Black Sea, and also known as Zmiinyi Island, the attack was widely publicized when an audio clip of the Russian cruiser Moskva commanding Ukrainian soldiers to surrender was infamously replied to with “Russian warship, go f**k yourself!”. The response went viral, as many believed the soldiers to have been killed in action. Later on, it emerged that a civilian search and rescue ship trying to evacuate the soldiers was also captured along with the Snake Island soldiers.

On March 24th, 2022 Sapfir and 19 Ukrainian civilians sailors were released by Russia in a prisoner exchange. Deputy Prime Minister Vereschchuk of Ukraine has recently stated that they are working towards the release of the Snake Island prisoners.

Senate is not "safe".

You'll continue to deny this right up until they reverse course, and then claim "we could never have possibly predicted this could happen".
Senate is safe...the votes reflect that as far as support for Ukraine goes...

The House is what needs to be worried about.

July 2, Kherson: pro-Ukrainian artwork appears in the city.

July 2-3: near Melitopol: train derailed and a railroad bridge destroyed.

July 3, Crimea: report of anti-Russian resistance.

Of the 26 guerrilla events listed above, 14 transpired in Ukraine’s Kherson province—precisely where Ukrainian forces are advancing in preparation for a counter-offensive that, if successful, would return control of water supplies to Crimea to Ukraine and destroy Russia‘s land corridor to the peninsula. That would be a strategic victory for Ukraine’s armed forces and partisans.

Russia has turned its attention to capturing more parts of the Donetsk region of the Donbas, having already seized the neighboring Luhansk province. Donetsk is now experiencing heavy shelling, the same strategy that Russian forces used in Luhansk. Sloviansk, Kramatorsk and Bakhmut are now Russia’s key targets

Interesting - this appears to be a real organization. Get young people who can drive a tractor-that's how an Uncle wound up in a Sherman tank during WW2:)

"Here is another video of the Russian T-80BV tank in flames after Ukrainian attack near #Lysychansk (Oblast of #Luhansk ). Crew members are also reported to have died."

Hope this is true-they do seem to be in a big hurry.

I believe Joe's Place is correct. Once Senate Republicans know House support belongs to Republicans (if the midterms go as expected), you'll see a dwindling of support. Their sabotaging of the WH increases the moment the GOP controls the House.

Ukraine MUST see major gains before that occurs.

Maybe so....

Just think the house is a bigger concern. Tying inflation/gas prices to the war ain't helping....

It isn't just R's....the far left aren't big fans of the expenditures either.

Hope Ukraine can make gains before winter but I'm a pessimist on that front...
