Ok, I've been able to piece this together. Mr. Walsh has been drinking a few beers and decides to visit the RR to void his bladder. The urinals are all full, so he picks out a stall, drops trow and sits down. Being drunk, he doesn't realize that he has forgotten to lock the stall. About this same time, Mrs. Feldman feels the need to urinate. She is so drunk she confuses the mens' restroom with the women's. She picks out a stall, drops trow and sits down.
When she realizes she has in fact sat upon an individual, she gets up quickly but trips in her embarassment. Mr. Walsh also gets up at this time. They now have assumed the position, so that it appears that they are having sex with Mr. Harris in the rear. The couple realizes they need to hurry up and straighten out the situation.
Mr. Harris, being a male, tries to take advantage of the situation and goes for a quick feel. Mrs. Feldman misinterprates this and thinks that Mr. Harris has stopped breathing. So as she pulls up her pants she starts to give Mr. Harris mouth to mouth. She believes that the cheering she hears is that the Hawks have just scored another touchdown.
When the cop shows up, she is embarrased and gives the officer her stage name.
