Dreshaun Ross also has two techs so far 12-2 and 11-0, he's in to the semi's of U17 92KG freestyle. Looks like it could be a collision course with Sinclair in the finals, stud AWA kid going to MIzzou.

Wrestles for SEP. Missed state as a Sophomore due to illness and got screwed on a bad slam call last year. Very athletic kid, IMO the most underrated kid in the state.

I believe that is all Vegas time. (Edit: NVM It states all times are Eastern). So 6PM Central start for Semi's.
He has a fantastic motor and has always been very good from neutral. Has some nice technique and quickness/quick feet. Has had some issues on bottom here and there in folk. Not very big at 132. I think he may have even been registered at 57kG for this at first.
Should also mention another wishlist guy, LaDarian Lockett is dominating and looking awesome - he's rolled to the semi's as well. TF-PIN-TF-TF. He's at U17 71KG right now.

Cortez and Knox semi on mat 8 right now.
2-2 after the 1st period. Cortez with struck first with a beautiful near arm far leg almost had 4 on it. Then Knox responded with a TD to gain criteria advantage.
2nd Period-
Stepout for Knox after some crazy defense from Cortez.
Cortez in on a single and get stretched out, hangs on for the stalemate.
Knox responds with a shot and finish of his own. 5-2.
Thats how it will end. 5-2. Great match by both guys. (Hopefully future teammates!)

Well we have a lot of guys who are good, just wondering if he got a diamond in the rough that could be our 125 next year or beyond.
Bailey is good. He was a top 25pfp recruit. He and Ryder Block have wrestled a few times. Each have wins over the other.

Really good match from Gabe. That kid was really big and strong. Gabe weathered the storm and turned the handfight on him in the second.
That's the first point scored against him this tourney. Down at this weight, Gabe looks fast, active and his tank is keeping up.
Looked very good in neutral with takedowns which would be good in folk.
And it was just a shot clock point. Still hasn't given up anything from a wrestling move. He looks great.
