I think Bassett lost via Blood time to Isaiah Cortez. I saw Cortez was ahead 3-1 then 4-1 and the match was over, Bassett had a bloody nose that just wouldn't stop.

Awesome showing by Peterson this tournament. I certainly won't be underestimating him anymore.

He's been on my radar since he was an undersized freshmen. He's a goer with a little bit of a mean streak. Give him 2 yrs in the Iowa wrestling room against desanto and don't be surprised what he turns into.

Yes. It was 1-1 with criteria in the other guys favor. Bassett was in on a shot, the other guy hit a little tilt and was given two as time was expiring to make 3-1. Nothing to lose so Bassett challenged and the call stood, +1 for losing the challenge
