I like Fran and love how he resurrected Iowa basketball after Lick. But this may be his most unwatchable team since he’s been here. Of course, those injuries don’t help. And I think maybe there are more players playing hurt than we know.

The last 5 minutes of the half were pretty enjoyable. Great effort. That’s pretty much my baseline, pretty deflating watching our guys get out hustled and out tuoghed for most of the year.

Wasn’t the case in that stretch. Kingsbury battling their big man in the trenches had me pumped.

Hopefully it carries over to the second half.
