Yes. Russian subs are a joke - we track them out of their ports non-stop. If a war actually broke out the Russian navy will be decimated within the first few hours.

Keep in mind, back when the Ukraine war was super hot and Russia was threatening to use nukes- Biden told them we would sink their navy within hours, anywhere we could, in response. That wasn't a bluff. We don't need to use nuclear weapons to decimate the Russian military. They aren't on our level. If they didn't have nukes they'd be a backwater shithole irrelevant on the world stage.
