What do you eat for breakfast? I need some ideas

For me it's usually just coffee during the week when I'm working,.. Sunday's I have more time and like to do eggs and such.
 
Something small, easy and reasonably healthy to begin the day. Non-sugary. If I don’t eat something every few hours I get shaky and out of whack.
Almonds are a great source of energy, easy to eat, high in fat, but would fit your needs. Pistachios too. I tend to eat a lot of those in the morning. But they are SOOOOOOO expensive.
