He's still coming to Iowa per his twitter page. I'm guessing he just hasn't signed a financial aid agreements and because of that Iowa is not going to say he's an Iowa walk on guy. There's more walk on's than just him missing from that list.

He hasn't received Iowa's financial aid agreement yet. When he does, he'll sign it.

Really not a big deal because it isn't binding like a letter of intent is for scholarship recruits, but regardless he still plans to go to Iowa.
