Fran in his comfort zone, 10th loss of the season almost a certainty. Our substitute centers are told not to shoot and not provide offense, just screen and try to rebound.
I admit I completely missed on Dembele whether it's a sophomore slump or not he provides nothing, Brauns is almost worthless, can't jump, has no hands, I've seen enough of both to give up on them. Riley is really the only option Iowa has at center, but Fran for what ever reason won't play him extended minutes and you can't tell me that after almost 4 years in the program he can't provide offense other then an occasional layup or dunk.
I'm over Fran, he designates certain players as his prime offensive threats that take the most shots come hell or high water and damn anyone else. This has been going on since Fran has been Iowa's coach. It's time to take Iowa basketball into another direction whether good or bad, Beth has to make the right decision at the end of this season. Fran has to go for the good of the program.
