WWE Raw

that's awesome. When i started getting back into it I was like "what do people see in this big goofy ****?" Then I saw some of his matches circa 2012, plus some of his side stuff like celtic warrior, and it kind of clicked what people saw in him. Now I like him.
He brings it every night. How can you not love that. No matter his spot on the card.

His life has def caught up to him.
If you ever want a fun listen check out some Marty Jannety interviews. Those two were flipping wild. Made Motley Crue look like choir boys. Of course with Marty how much of it is true or even remembered might be sketchy.
Cornette has some lovely stories on him as well. Mostly how much of a flaming prick he was to deal with.
Nash has some great Kliq road stories. Shane Douglas how many folks the Kliq starved on the road.

Inexperienced. Agents should have said no. I’d compare it to when RVD frog splashed HHH at Elimination Chamber and nearly broke his throat. You can’t control your fall enough without some safety cushion around the landing zone. No margin for error in that fall.

Hear me out....4MB

Mark Henry, Arn & Tully all had on-screen/backstage roles with AEW fairly recently. Interesting they're all back w WWE, or at least in good graces.
AEW is irrelevant. Have you seen their ratings or the Australia show turnout. It’s really sad had such promise in beginning.
But lost it when TK put the belt on Punk. Then let the Elite run around yapping away. Leading to the scrum. Completely lost the company when he didn’t immediately fire everyone involved.
Once the Boys saw they could get away with bullshit without repercussions it was over.

I was really into it the first few years, it was a great alternative & wwe was in a valley creatively w late stage Vince. They can put bangers on, but the overall stories go nowhere. And then TK buys Ring of Honor & shoe horns storylines in. And brings guys over from Japan for a month, never to be seen again. I was a big time Jericho fan back in the day, but having him on TV every week is a disaster. He can't go at all anymore.
I hope they can figure it out & rebuild some momentum, having 2 big time companies again would be fun.

Well I didn’t understand you build up Hangman with such a great redemption story line. Then almost immediately feed him to Punk. Taking the shine completely off a home grown potential star and close friend to boot of your VP’s all because you are a Punk mark. Then of course Page made one comment that pissed Punk off.
But nobody except him would take offense to . From that he decides he has to absolutely bury Page someone that signs his checks has heavily invested in. Bury him in words and in the ring trying to beat Page with his own finisher. Botched it twice and broke his foot.
Absolute comedy of errors. Afterwords they kept trying to correct the mistake by bringing in more and more talent and hot shooting them.

another fart noise.

I get H doesn't want to drop the belt on SNME, but it's just so boring watching Gunther kick out of like 8 straight Uso moves, and then get the pin after 2 power bombs.

Punk coming in was arguably AEWs high point, & his feuds/injuries/backstage antics cratered them

TK’s reactions or inactions cratered them. Still remember after PPV interviews with Punk eating a donut. Completely ignoring TK while airing out all the laundry and burying everyone.
And asking people to come fight him. Then of course the Elite took him up on the offer.
With TK’s response you’ll get a paid vacation. Now play nice.

Was gonna say this. As @tumorboy said, product is too predictable right now. The only match I had a sliver of doubt tonight was Bron/Sheamus, & I still would have put Bron at 80% to win. Hopefully some shakeups happen at the Rumble. Really don't need Cena or Punk winning it.

Highlight was Fatu crushing Strowman. That was well down. As Vince would say you know what I smell. MONEY.

I've been rewatching old rumbles, and I'm up to 2017 now. Feels like every year Jericho is one of the final 7 and each year I ask "Why is he still in there?"

It's 2017 and he's getting no reaction from the crowd.

Think there has to be three things done for an AEW reset. First TK has to hirer a talents relations or some sort of go between himself and the boys. And it can’t be an active wrestler. Bryan Danielson, Glen Jacob’s would be perfect. Doubt he’d ever do it though.
Secondly meetings individually with talent must take place. Anyone that wants an outright release gets it. After they put some folks over going out the door. Lastly fewer exhibition type matches. Angles, stories, and characters draw ratings. Not a bunch of cool moves without selling or storytelling.

One of the best things going. Proof that stories > matches w nothing behind them.
TK, just wants to watch exhibitions though. He throws guys together just to watch them do cool shit in the ring. Ospery vs Riicochet. Zero reason for them to square off no build up or anything just tosses it out there on free TV. Did the same with his big Japanese acquisition. Bunch of random matches.
It’s ok to do that here and there, but if the entire card is that way. Nobody stands out. Think it’s Al Snow that says when he broke in. The vets told him to watch what others were doing. If everyone in the territory yells and screams talk calmly. If everyone works as a bruiser. Work finesse. You have to stand out. Get over so people care about you. Pay for your merchandise or to see you wrestle again,
