High school basketball game is abandoned after trans player 'injures three female opponents' with shocking video showing the biological male hurling an athlete to the floor

A Massachusetts high school girls' basketball team was forced to forfeit its game after a transgender player on the opposing team injured three players.

The Collegiate Charter School of Lowell Girls' Basketball team dropped out of their February 8 game against KIPP Massachusetts after one of KIPP's players, who is a biological male, injured three of their athletes.

Collegiate Charter School officials said the team decided to forfeit because the other players feared getting injured and not being able to compete in the playoffs that were a few days later.

'The bench was already depleted going into the game with the 12-player roster having four players unable to play,' said Collegiate Charter School spokesperson Casey Crane.

'When the coach saw three more go down in the first half leaving him with five players, he made the call to end the game early. The upcoming Charter School playoffs were looming, and he needed a healthy and robust bench in four days.'

Collegiate Charter left the game just after 16 minutes of play, with KIPP leading 31-14. However, the final score now, because of the forfeit, will be 10-0.

Shocking video from the game shows the taller, bulkier transgender player ripping the ball from another players arms, forcing her to fall.

The Collegiate Charter player is seen struggling to move and writhing in pain.

Collegiate Charter School of Lowell Athletic Director Kyle Pelczar told The Daily Item the coach knew about KIPP's transgender player ahead of time and she wasn't the reason they forfeited.

'No, and Coach (Kevin Ortins) knew going into the game, already, because we had them at home the first game of the year and nothing happened then, so he knew going into the game,' Pelczar said.

The KIPP's player that is a biological male who identifies as a female is more than 6 feet tall and has facial hair.

DailyMail.com reached out to KIPP Academy for comment, however the school is on break from February 19 to 23.

Mexico First

Mexico's president Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has for years denied that Mexico plays a role in the drug problems of the US. He resists interdiction efforts at the border, and efforts to clamp down on production and transportation of drugs through Mexico. He has refused calls to go after the cartels, and offers platitudes like, "Hugs not bullets", in response to questions about fighting drugs.
How does the US effectively combat illegal drugs coming into the US if Mexico does not help?

Trump’s invite to major donors prioritizes the committee paying his legal bills over the RNC.

Login to view embedded media Donald Trump's new joint fundraising agreement with the Republican National Committee directs donations to his campaign and a political action committee that pays the former president's legal bills before the RNC gets a cut, according to a fundraising invitation obtained by The Associated Press.

The unorthodox diversion of funds to the Save America PAC makes it more likely that Republican donors could see their money go to Trump's lawyers, who have received at least $76 million over the last two years to defend him against four felony indictments and multiple civil cases. Some Republicans are already troubled that Trump's takeover of the RNC could shortchange the cash-strapped party.

Trump has invited high-dollar donors to Palm Beach, Florida, for an April 6 fundraiser that comes as his fundraising is well behind President Joe Biden and national Democrats. The invitation's fine print says donations to the Trump 47 Committee will first be used to give the maximum amount allowed under federal law to Trump's campaign. Anything left over from the donation next goes toward a maximum contribution to Save America, and then anything left from there goes to the RNC and then to state political parties.

...

The Trump campaign noted that Save America spends on expenses other than legal fees and that donors to the April fundraiser who contribute the suggested $814,600 per person or $250,000 per person will only have $5,000 of their donation go to Save America, sending hundreds of thousands of dollars to the RNC.

"Save America also covers a very active and robust post-Presidency office and other various expenses not related to fighting the illegal witch-hunts perpetrated by Crooked Joe Biden. The Trump campaign, the RNC, and state GOP parties ultimately receive the overwhelming majority of funds raised through the Trump 47 Committee. Out of an Individual donor's maximum contribution of $824,600, less than 1% (.006%) goes to Save America," Steven Cheung, the Trump campaign communications director, said in a statement.

Random Nationals question

Our seats at nationals this year were in the V Tech section and they would get chants going for their wrestlers. I remember back in the early 2000’s all these teams sections would chant regularly throughout the tournament and it just added to the atmosphere; these chants have really died out, even PSU was fairly quiet this year. When and what changed this? My guess is when they stopped giving so many tickets to schools and spread out the fans but Im curious. Wish they would come back cause it definitely added to the atmosphere!

More than half of Iowa’s tested streams and lakes are ‘impaired’

There are at least 721 water body segments in Iowa that do not meet water quality standards for recreation, public water supplies and the protection of aquatic life, according to the state Department of Natural Resources.
The DNR has drafted its latest list of “impaired” waters that it is required to submit to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency every two years. The list is based on data collected by the department and numerous other entities between 2020 and 2022, and it is used to guide restrictions for stream pollution for sources such as wastewater treatment systems.

The number of impaired water body segments — which can be lakes, wetlands and parts of streams — declined about 4% from the last report in 2022.
But just 24% of stream segments and 30% of lakes that were sampled were deemed healthy. Elevated bacteria concentrations were the most-cited cause of impairment.
“We’re going to see fluctuations based on the climate, how much rainfall we’re getting, what the stream levels are,” said Noah Poppelreiter, water monitoring supervisor for the DNR.

He declined to speculate about water quality trends in the state but said the department has worked to increase its monitoring in recent years.

It assessed more than 1,400 segments for the latest report, which is a little more than half of the total segments identified by the state.

The 387 segments deemed “healthy” by the DNR are mostly composed of waters that meet some quality standards but lack sufficient data to determine that all the standards are met.

Only 24 water body segments had proof they met all the standards, up from 15 in the last report two years ago.

“That’s an abysmal number,” said David Cwiertny, director of the Center for Health Effects of Environmental Contamination at the University of Iowa. “It shows we’ve got really severe water quality problems.”

The DNR noted 47 fish kills during the monitoring period. Animal waste, fertilizers and pesticides accounted for more than half of them. The causes of a third of the kills were unknown.

2024 NCAA Tourney Iowa Ugly Fact Check Sheet if Ayala Loses

No Championship✅
No Champion ✅
No Trophy ✅
All Hawks last match loss✅

Go, Ayala. Remedy some of those.

Being at the tourney, one thing that hasn't set well with me is how many matches in which we were ahead but lost in the final minute. Teske, Woods (2x), Rathjen, Kennedy (2x). And I think Glazier was tied in the third to lose twice.

Nebraska was a real nemesis, even unwillingly. It was #1 Lovett that got majored by Kasak to add 5 points to PSU's total. They also took down Woods and Franek.
