Based on this quote from the Register story, how do you guys now feel about Tyler Nickel and Aidan Shaw?

Nickel is probably a longshot with UNC lathering it on thick with him. Just hope we can get him on campus before he commits somewhere.

As with Shaw, he's a wild card but everything tells me he likely ends up at Missouri. With an out-of-state guy like that we'd usually have some smoke by now if he were committing within the week.

I’m good with it….. I think Fran has filled the only real needs that there are for next year’s roster….and I feel like he’s done that with an extremely talented pair of guards.

So if we can add Kohler that would be great…if Nickel or Shaw unexpectedly decide to jump on board with Jaxson…great, I think Fran will handle it.

Well he mentions team chemistry as something that’s going to be a big factor in his choice of school, and that was something that specifically stood out to him at Iowa. Probably a reach, but something I noticed

LoL. Where is any info or indication Iowa is the choice? Any CBs for Iowa? Any admin or news story? Any tweet for Iowa?

I was skeptical AF about Dix verballing but there was at least one admin (TK) projecting Iowa. Dix comments gave no leads as Drake seemed to be held in the same regard as Iowa well ahead of time, then as the Wisky spot vanished we saw their admin predict Iowa. Then Dix gave that interview/article after commiting with MORE INSIGHT than anything out there previously, and it was apparent Iowa had had the edge for awhile.

So, where's ANY of that with Shaw?
