Just saying this because I WANT Zahid to win. But not sure he beats out a fully gassed up, but small-for-the-weight Dake

92 - Trent Hidlay

97 - Brooks

Snyder way more FS experience, he's only 5 years older than Brooks. Not like he's over the hill.
Hopefully we will see it!

My guess is 2027 we see Brooks at 97kg looking to make the team and win a medal and be in the drivers seat for Olympic trials. Only way he goes 97 before that is if Snyder leaves NLWC

It's just something that can be said about many athletes if you just look at them but yet it's only ever said about the guys that are winning. I guarantee you those that say that make every excuse in the book when their kid loses a match. The ref screwed him, his coach sucks , the other kid was juiced, it's ok you're sick. Or they complain that the tournament canceled the consolation bracket and my kid got screwed🤣🤣

ADD medicine is not growth hormone and it ain't a anabolic steroid. I can promise you, you'd be surprised at how many people in the general population and on the Hawkeyes roster have a prescription for "attention medicine."

New ? I have been funny around here for awhile now . You lost me who went from 174 to 184 to 197 now 97kg? Brooks was #1 182 lb coming out of HS. He went 174 at some college opens while in HS. But he never wrestled 174 in college. I assume that's who you're talking about. I think he will be 92kg 203lbs this year
