Watching the Indiana women is like watching the Wisconsin men. But still..... make a f**king free throw!!
Defense isn't the reason Iowa is only 52% on free throws.Well, Iowa played poorly and the game was still competitive. I'm not sure if it was Iowa playing poorly or if Indiana's defense had something to do with it but they can't play like this against the best teams. Oh well, we'll get em when they come to Iowa City.
Nope. And it wasn't the reason for about half of those turnovers either.Defense isn't the reason Iowa is only 52% on free throws.
They were real salty about last year and had this game circled. They’re ahead by 11 n acting like it isone basket. I hope we meet them again n kick their arse
I mean, you’re familiar with Miss Clark? Love her but she whines constantly. The one and only time I'll watch IN women's hoops but I already dislike Parrish (the really made up blonde). There hasn't been a call she hasn't like yet. What a whiner.
Put Warnock on her. She abused Martin all game
You'd think she was a McCaffery.I mean, you’re familiar with Miss Clark? Love her but she whines constantly.
Not sure she picked it. Holmes beat her like a drum on both ends of the court.....Czinano picked a terrible night to have her worst game of the season.
She finally played someone who could keep her off the low block. She really didn't get the ball.
YesLike many, I tuned in for only the second half. What is on the IA women jerseys regarding their name on the back? Is that women they know that have / had breast cancer?
Maybe the refs will call all the pushing in the back in Iowa City that she got away with in Bloomington.............................She finally played someone who could keep her off the low block.
Lousy shooting night, needed someone to have a hot hand.Scared to shoot threes. You could tell they had no confidence.10 of the FTs were Hannah. Not her strength tho she’s done better. Big difference when Monika isn’t the one taking them…
Yeah, found a part of her game she needs to work on.10 of the FTs were Hannah. Not her strength tho she’s done better. Big difference when Monika isn’t the one taking them…
Nah, we're f***ed. Season's over.....Didn't play well, but not the end of the world.
They were due for a off game.
Still feel good about the post season.
Yeah, most of Indiana's supporting cast was in foul trouble, so I don't think comparing supporting cast performance does much good. We didn't play close to our best and the game was still very close in a hostile environment. Losing stings, but these two teams are very close in talent. What's with calling the so many of the supporting cast no-shows? They played hard, did what was asked of them, and everyone who saw the floor had good moments. Indiana is a GOOD team who scouted us very well.
I thought we never really got into the flow of our offense tonight and we *still* were tied a few possessions into the fourth quarter. Clean up a few things and I don't hate our chances in the rematch.
OH, no doubt. Its crazy she didn't get her first foul until the 2nd half.Maybe the refs will call all the pushing in the back in Iowa City that she got away with in Bloomington.............................
Jk, they won't do sh**, as usual

With all due respect. We have Clark, but I'm not sure we're that close overall in talent. Ask yourself. if Clark had missed a good part of the year where would Iowa be? Berger was outstanding and she missed a bunch of games with that knee injury, and yet their still ranked 2nd. Last year Holmes was injured and missed a bunch of games and wasn't healthy when we played them, and yet they were top 5 almost all year.Yeah, most of Indiana's supporting cast was in foul trouble, so I don't think comparing supporting cast performance does much good. So with this loss, if we want to win the conference title again are we going to need to win out?
Maryland is still in it too.And get help. A game-and-a-half behind Hoosiers now, and get them in IC later on, but they'll have to lose at some point and then we'd get a tie with them.
No, they've just played an extra game in conference. If we win out and beat Indiana the last game of the year the worst we could do is split with them. We don't need them to lose an extra game. And get help. A game-and-a-half behind Hoosiers now, and get them in IC later on, but they'll have to lose at some point and then we'd get a tie with them.
I think Indiana's 2-5 is much better than Iowa's, but Clark makes the two teams 1-5 fairly equal in talent. Our #2 was basically MIA last night and the game was still tied in the 4th with Holmes and Berger playing well. With all due respect.
