I thought woods looked great. He chased that freshman all over the mat looking to score in the first. And didn’t even look tired at the end of the dual. Credit to swiderski as he will be very good and caught woods for a takedown but that kid isn’t beating woods this year. Real is going to finish some of those shots as he gets more matches in.

Agree. And while he didn't score much today, I loved seeing what felt like the Iowa-style go-get-em offensive mentality.

Schriever has not looked good this year. Quickness and energy are not there. Based on encouraging mat time the past couple years I thought he could develop into an AA threat but not seeing it. Not strong enough to finish, poor on bottom.

Cullan had a rough off-season, kid can't catch a break. If he gets a healthy off-season and looks like crap next year I'll agree with you.

I love every one of our guys, but you could clearly see how the pressure affected each one of them.

Cobe stays cool as a cucumber, Nelson and Real clearly thrived off the pressure, Max and Jacob completely shut down.

That being said, Jacob is money at Nationals, just hoping Max can follow suit.

Woods looked better in his first match than SL did. I can’t believe Spencer is gassing that bad.

I'll just state the obvious since you might be stoned or something. Woods didnt get 2 acls done. You can't build match fitness on an aerodyne alone. Patience.

It's the biggest in state wrestling rivalry, I give most of the kids a pass as long as they don't cost the team any points. Let them have a little fun. And it adds ammunition to any future match.
