Hate pulling for PSU but if there was a time for a seed upset it is now. OSU wins then are a must win at both 197 and hwt.
Mac pulls the win and all we need is one to win. No OSU points available at 275.

If McIntosh wins it is at least a tie and share of the title. I don't think there is a tie breaker.

What happens if Snyder wins by decision and both Burak and Telford win by decisions? If we lose in that scenario, can we win if Burak and Telford score enough bonus points and if so how many bonus points are needed?

So McCutchen from PSU forfeits to Brooks but won the match before 9-1. Did he forfeit so he could "protect" himself for a better seed for the ncaas? He beat Brooks in the Qtrs and then forfeits after getting a major the match before. Seems that'd be the only reason he'd forfeit??

If Burak, Snyder, and Telford all win, we win. Snyder and Telford score 4 apiece, and Burak scores 1 -- without any bonus points scored, which are very unlikely at this point.

Someone said he was hurt pretty badly near the end of his last match.

There was a PSU poster in one of the threads that predicted this--said he say McCutchen come up limping or something at the end of his last match. Thought he would likely med forfeit this one.

McCutcheon got hurt pretty badly with about :30 left, according to a PSU fan. He gutted it out, as he was already way up in the match. He wasn't in good enough condition to wrestle a whole match. So it was an injury default.

McCutch got injured in the last 30 seconds of his consolation semifinal match.

He hurt his knee earlier in the day.

If both Telford and Burak win and Snyder doesn't get a fall I believe Iowa wins.

No, it's not the only reason. McCutcheon tweaked a knee with about 30 seconds left in his previous match against Dudley. He was limping a bit after that match; easy decision to MFF against Brooks.
