Demoting Kirk Ferentz to Co-Coach...Would the current contract allow this?

Is it possible for Iowa to essentially demote KF to co-coach (defense) and make the offensive coordinator co-coach, whomever that may be?

Since we are locked in to this financial contract, perhaps the answer is to remove some of his power.
