Well, are you old enough to remember the Berlin Airlift? 1960 was a totally different time and yes JFK probably should have asked Congress to create this agency back in 1960. Do you remember CARE agency for humanitarian efforts, I think it is still around and probably got funds from usaid.
But in the end, usaid was enshrined/officially created by Congress in 1978 iirc. And the times now are more like a dictator crumbling the US govt. I have no problem looking for waste or fraud. I have studied Quality Mgmt and I believe in eliminating errors and waste and fraud should be prosecuted.
But closing an agency down, gutting it for no reason? stupid and lazy. Giving Doge creeps access to peoples records in the Treasury system , especially these young clowns who like to illegally hack systems, is totally against the oath to protect.

Currently, the decision is that DOGE is compliant with the constitution. And, I have no idea who this JEKARL is or why I would trust what they say.

You keep saying six judges. I can only find two that ruled for a temporary blockage of DOGE.

Trump has already said he would follow the courts. And, when the first 2 judges issued their temp blockage, the Administration followed the ruling until their appeal was heared. If this had been Biden......he would have blown right past those stays, like he did with the Student loan grift.

Again, I am not sure what he is actually accessing. But, I do want them to have access to the data they need to find corruption and waste. The folks who worked at these agencies also were not elected and have had access to that data since their employment started......
Again, he interpreted the immigrants at the border differently than the Orange Turd. Completely within his scope as President. Basically, Biden's EOs negated what Trump’s EOs did a few years before. That is a the flaw of legislating by Executive Order. The Courts or new Administration can wipe them out with the stroke of a pen.
