I was assuming it was actually our Republican governor causing them to fall because she so valiantly opposed Biden’s policies…
Yeah I didn't think those would age well. I've seen those stickers on pumps in Thomasville and Tallahassee although the gas stations remove them.
If left up to Reynolds, she'd keep raising ethanol requirements to 50% and then all the auto mechanics would be busy fixing engines and mechanical problems.

Probably better to just leave you in that coma if you are expecting pandemic gas prices. I remember when it was well over $3 during the Bush administration but I'm guessing you weren't pitching a fit about that.
It’s was over $4 during Bush’s presidency. Gas was $2.38 on Trump’s last day and we aren’t that far from that now.

Oil was trade at negative because of a global pandemic that causes people to not leave their house at the time. Do you remember when that was happening?

Gas prices are all over the place in QC area. $3.49 at Locust and I-280 at BP and a couple miles away in Davenport a BP at Fairmount and Hickory Grove Road is $2.69. By my math that's 80 cents difference and on a 20 gallon fill up a $16.00 difference. Crazy.

Even the Iowa City Gas Cartel has lowered their prices. Unleaded 88 @ Kwik Star now under $2.90/gallon. I realize that's still pretty high compared to other parts of Iowa, but finally now seeing sub $3/gallon gas consistently here. Thanks ICGC!
