Stats are fine but you already indicated that they don't matter, so which way do you want to go? Unfortunately for you, PGs aren't measured by scoring. They are measured by advanced statistics that include asst to turnover ratio, +/- production, team productivity while on the floor. We can include scoring, fg%, etc. If you like. But you need to know that a Big statistical measure for coaches and NBA scouts is asst/turnover, and Morris is the best in NCAA history of this stat.
PG's should be measured by their impact on the game. One PG that has more points and equal or more Assists will impact their team more than one that has fewer.
