I will be rooting for every Big school. Always have. Always will. I've been to every stadium in the Big 10 but Rutgers/Maryland and had numerous beers in those cities and towns with the opposing fans with no problems what so ever. Even had a few beers with Tennessee fans way back at the '82 Peach Bowl. Good times so long ago.

I will. The Big Ten is a Brotherhood, more than other Conferences. Some of our newest members haven't quite figured that out yet, but they will eventually.

I am pulling for all B1G teams but won't be that upset if Nebraska and Minnesota loses. Still hope they win.

You're just an idiot for caring so much what other people think, especially when it has no tangible bearing or impact on anything.

The media drive the polls. This influences which teams are shown in national television, so huge $$$$ is involved.

Also, I would imagine that 17-18 year olds are greatly influenced by the media. I firmly believe that SEC recruiting benefitted greatly by the incessant media gushing over the past several years. Higher rankings and better bowl games ensue = more huge $$$$$.

It matters what the media say , it really does.
