I’m a Montreal fan but will root for the US until Trump gives me reason not to.

Oh, I’m all for USA here and my comment has nothing to do with politics. Just one of those really weird things were I literally watch the 3 Canadians regularly, like every other night and am not real familiar with a lot if the US players.

That was a fantastic shift by the Crosby, McKinnon line. It was a small miracle the puck didn’t end up in the back of the USA net.

They were in the first hockey game I ever watched…probably around 6 years old. I liked their red and blue uniforms. That’s who I have rooted for ever since. Pretty much every team I cheer for in multiple sports, other than Liverpool and Sporting KC, have been my teams since 1974ish.
I can’t stand Colorado because they were the Nordiques…Montreal’s provincial rival for years.
Yeah can’t believe they’ve sustained ten minutes of defensive shell.
