I don't buy it. Looks like there was an Emerson poll as well same day for Iowa that had Trump +10. The truth has to lie somewhere in between.

There are reasons to think that this year’s polls might be underestimating the amount of uncertainty in the election (which would be artificially making many polls look like they are tied or very close, even if the underlying data suggests they might not be).
This might be purposeful, through a process call “herding,” in which no pollster wants to be an outlier and so ends up making intentional choices that put them in line with other pollsters and their results. But it might also be a side product of pollsters being more careful about how they weight people who respond to their sample, which might be causing the variation we expect to see in the polls to shrink.

If Trump wins Iowa by only 2%, that is definitely overachieving by Harris or underachieving by Trump. Which ever way you would like to describe it. That would put Selzers poll the most accurate at this point.
