Hot ones challenge

We had a happy hour at work today and did the hot ones challenge. Boss bought the sauces and I make a pork shoulder for tacos. We had 11 people finish the challenge, about half that started. I quit after da bomb but jumped back in after a few minutes to recover.
Da Bomb is disgusting. The last two were just painful.

We started this challenge at work ten years ago. We had an old Vietnamese dude that got a free pass to the US for fighting for the US in Vietnam. He took a bite of a Vietnamese pepper with every bite of food he ate. The challenge wasn’t a challenge at all for him and he ruined the fun. The best pepper eater and truth teller of the Vietnam war ever. CSB
