ISU was able to chip away when Shannon was out but needed to do more. IL was horrendous from the line. Shannon can get to the rim anytime.

I understand your Illini hatred, however, I had many friends from Illinois while I was at U of I. I live in western Illinois and they are heavy Hawkeye fans here in Sterling! Growing up in Holstein, IA I can only say VUCK Iowa State and double that Nebraska

Agreed. Iowa State looked scared to start the game, like it was too big of a stage for them. Illinois crisp passing mostly negated the clones trapping defense.
