Never would have expected up 20 at the half with Murray not in the lineup. Good they were able to give Rebraca a break and maintain that lead the end of that half. Having him rested for the 2nd half is going to pay off.
Those three leading scorers on the graphic cutting out of the first half tells the story big time.

Yeah, glad he hit the 3 but it didn't make up for the other bonehead plays.

It's the Connor/Perkins/Rebraca show with a sprinkle of Ulis. Helleva half. First 5 minutes big coming out of half. Put a foot on the neck and finish them!
Ulis has played really well tonight. Only downside is three turnovers with a couple of forced drives offensively - but he's being aggressive so we can live with that.
I liked what I saw out of Josh Dix that 1st half. Didn't do anything to stand out but he was never out of position. Great instincts on the rebound and putback, you can just tell the kid understands the game.
Iowa 7/14 from three and ISU 0/10.... makes a big difference.

And most of those three attempts by Iowa State weren’t close.
Kind of bad timing for Bowen. Came in and the clowns threw up the press. Not sure if that was by design, with a freshman coming in. Smart, if so.
I agree Dad needs to sit him more often if he is physically not capable of playing 100%. Not to mention his lack of defense and rebounding.
