Bobby Hansen says yes. And so do I. One thing this Iowa team lacks, so far, is the in-your-face attitude of Connor McCaffrey. The Iowa women have most, if not all, of their freshmen who bring attitude. And you need attitude unless your talent level is off the charts. And it doesn't hurt even then.
So maybe Traore, Koch, and Harding--maybe even Freeman--can bring the aggressive attitude and hit the boards and play defense like their lives depended on it. Playing soft has almost always been a problem for Fran's teams. For this one to succeed, it cannot play soft, especially against ISU. The Hawkeyes need to bring it tonight.
