Why am I getting the sinking feeling that the Hawks might have "shot their wad" to start the game and its gonna be long agonizing slog to NW winning by 4 to 6 at the end.

Is it me, or do most of Iowa's hot starts get derailed by Fran's initial sub pattern?
Pulled all of Sandy, Dix, Freeman and Krikke, and that start that was built gets wasted because its almost a brand new team on the floor.

Yep. He always thinks there is something better, instead of riding what works.

I always thought Fran made too many recruiting promises & has to fulfill those.
It's a long game DA, giving players a break in not that bad. Get a clue...
He thought double dribble if he picked it up. Was likely right.
