Pointing out the ridiculousness of not leaving the house for 3 years does not make you an asshole. You deserve an award. If people are not willing to acknowledge their incredible stupidity, someone has to step in.

They go online with kids that are also trapped inside with their parents. They did trick or treating over zoom with them as well. It's wild stuff.

It's a miracle. My Aunt and Uncle get to spend Easter with their kids/grandkids. Few stipulations like no contact, no entering the house, mask up, shot clock on length of stay, but they get to see their grandkids in person for the 1st time in 3 years on Saturday.
Oh, and they were told they would have to quarantine for 3 days if they flew, so they are driving the 25 hrs now.
Those are the people that Joe's Place, Riley, Kenneth and others have created.

Those are the stipulations my cousin has in place for my aunt and uncle to come visit.

This is insane and a direct result of fear mongering by the media. Sadly, many on here and in real life ate it up.
Maybe for two Easters ago but I don't know of any medical professional or media outlet advocating these lengths now.
