What is relevant is not time elapsed (who cares?) but rather the court distance Maryland was allowed to cover without the clock starting. It is really bizarre that that was allowed to happen. The Minnesota guard actually backs up?! WTF?!! I guess that shows how much they fear Cowan. lol
