No Fix would have RT. RT stops accumulating when locked hands is called, so Ragusin wasn't getting any for the 10-15 second scramble after that call.

I personally think Angel actually nailed that sequence. Fix "let go" of the leg, but not actually. The count should continue in that situation even though they don't officiate it that way. And then it was definitely 1 after that. It's a complicated sequence that involved several newish rules/scenarios.
