Will Fran make it to the end of the season before Beth acts?

The body language from our guys is brutal. They look they've given up. Fran has lost the locker room, no one has any confidence.
This is as embarrassing as I could possibly get. Carver stinks no one is there. Holy Christ. How as an AD could you show up and say “yep this is what need”. Then again same with football. So never mind. Ice cream is good.
This team acts like they are not coached and really would rather be someplace else. Something is radically wrong with Iowa BBall. Even Dix is frustrated.
Gonna be hard to win without Thelwell. Payton still off and no post play from Freeman. Dix can't beat them by himself. Fran needs to get Freeman involved, or this isn't going to end well.
Was having supper and listening to the radio feed. Love Bobby, but he sounds like he has a mouthful of cotton lol. Dix doing the heavy lifting in the first half. Good stuff by him.
I wish I could ask Fran - and get honest answers back - as to why he doesn't make his guys play defense, or rebound for 40 minutes. Also, why it seems like he has no desire to be there most of the time during games this season.

Fran is completely checked out. Like the fire is long gone. Has no interest or investment in the program at this point. He knows it’s his last year. Beth probably knows this too. Fran will be spending most of next winter in Indy with Caitlin, Connor, and Jack. Hope Beth has a replacement already in mind.,
Yes when you see racism when there is none. Thelwell is injured. He isn't benched because he's black. You're the one focused on his skin color rather any of the other disperate reasons he could be sitting. So yes. That makes you a racist. By definition.
pull the plug now. A school with no high level recruiting base has to out score every team it plays. enough.

Dix looks like he got fouled on that fast break layup and after the no call, he pouted a little instead of trying to race back on defense. He and Freeman are about the only guys that make shots, so I can understand the Frustration but these guys have to play harder. If Little Hoiberg can see the court and get steals and contribute, Iowa guys can play a lot harder than they do.
Sad to see that KIngsbury is now one of of our top guys. Not very talented physically. The two Sandfort brothers don't make enough shots to justify their slowness on defense. I'd play Pryce over Payton at this point. Payton is washed up and needs to make shots or sit.
It's easier and more fun to coach offense in basketball. Fran enjoys coaching offense... he should let someone else on staff coach defense.
