problem is that if we get this FG, and Illinois gets a quick score- with our running game there is no way we are running out the clock by getting one first down

Like a poster mentioned earlier. Illinois has 10 points. It’s not the D. It’s a predictable, conservative, and out coached offense.
BUT, consider the number of passes the ILL WR group has dropped. Easy ones. Our defense is not playing very well.
 
MILLEN shut up, that's PI all day long, and on top of that we could have made them use a TO or ran 30 more seconds off the clock.
