This one really hurts. The Hawkeyes needed to hold the home court at all cost this season. With a young team road wins are going to be very difficult- as we have witnessed so far. Outside of the Nebby game, Iowa has struggled to even be competitive on the road.

I give him credit for continuing to try to find the right combo and then finally getting it, but you're right. why not go back to it when the game is on the line after the last TV timeout? Jok had proven he wasn't at his best all game. Whether he is hurt or not, I don't care, get him out of the game. Moss or Ellingson would have been a better choice at that point.

I recognize he's a Freshman and will improve. I agree, he is soft on defense, doesn't help, doesn't block shots, and he also appeared to have trouble hanging on to the ball. NBA is not going to be calling until he fixes those issues.
