Son, do you have any idea how many football games have been polayed on fields EXACTLY like this before the invention of under field heating coils and domed stadiums? Both of those are fairly recent inventions, maybe 15 or at most 20 years. Before that hundreds of foot ball games were played in exactly these conditions if not much worse. Quit whining.

Jesus Christ. I swear to God, you kids are too young to have seen very much football. I know I'm ranting, but I've seen at least a hundred games played in far worse conditions than this. The weather is clear and there is no snow on the field. That is good football weather. Yeah, the footing is not great but that's part of he game. It's actually pretty safe because nobody can get going fast enough to hurt anybody else. The team that adjusts, wins.

Its also really safe to play football on a field made of cotton candy, but the game will suck
