Really? Iowa is the one with SOOO MANY mistakes
At the VERY least it should be 14-0
Iowa is mentally out of sync and I hate to say it again but I think the 11am start has a bit to do with that.
I hope that you are right but it's half-time now and I don't get the sense that these guys are going away easily.
Iowa playing their worst and still up 7, plus receiving the second half kick. Expect mistakes to be cleared up and Iowa to take control in the second half.
We need to establish the running game 2nd half and try to demoralize them with punishing blocks up front. If we fail that I don't think we shake this team.
Two things that stood out to me...the drops of course, and that our DT's are getting held like mad with no penalty flags. Hell, on the 2nd to last drive, Jaleel beat his guy and was turned backwards right in front of ref, allowing stick to scramble. Take ball in second half and dominate, I think we will be fine
Just figured it out, fellas. I'm wearing an Iowa shirt I don't normally wear during games. I'm making a halftime adjustment, so not to worry...
Iowa only had 29 offensive plays, 10 of them were runs. Need to attempt to establish the run in the 2nd half.
KF and Co. needs their asses chewed by Hayden Fry or Vince Lombardi or somebody.....
They are really picking on Ben Niemann. They got him on a couple plays early and have continued to run different routes at him, though the last few have netted in completions.
NDSU bringing pressure on passes and for the most part keeping guys in to protect from CJ scrambling. Apparently last year has served as a mind-f*** for our first 3 opponents because it's also opening up passing lanes (because teams are respecting CJ's scrambling ability).

I have some gear from January debacle that will never be worn ever again.
The NDSU are truly something else.. Lol! They really believe iowa is lucky that NDSU made mistakes.. Does NDSU think anyone but themselves believe they should Win?! If iowa comes out in half two focused and cuts down of their MISTAKES WATCH OUT Lakesbison you're gonna see you team get rolled! GO HAWKS!!!
Would like to see Wadley run the ball more. Put him in one on one situations on the outside he will juke them out of their shoes.
