Let's see, chased off a tall talented receiver in 2013 (14?) so he could play some kid from the Dakotas I believe.
Chased off Martin, Keegan, Jones, Brown ... was in the process of chasing off Anderson and Howard.
He could get a trio of 4-star receivers and he would chase them off the team. When it comes to managing offensive skill position players, he is the worst.
The next coach will be able to recruit those type of players because he won't be dumb enough to chase them off the team.

I realize that the Ducks O is on another level with skill and athleticism, but I haven't been sold on OSU's D when I've watched them this year.

Games like PSU-USC, OSU-OU, Neb-Colorado, are schizophrenic to watch. If I catch myself subconsciously starting to pull for any of them it makes me feel disgusted. 😄

They are both trash. But OSU owns Iowa's ass. Can't do anything but cheer against them and the best team money can buy.

Man, I am envious watching imaginative offense and head coaches who don't shy away from risk.

Sometimes there's a fine line between not being averse to risk and being stupid. Dan Campbell of Detroit frequently crosses that line.
