BTW, years and years and years of you guys saying PSU is cheating, why hasn't Spencer and all these other kids that PSU missed out on spill the beans on what PSU was offering? I mean you guys use to tell me it was because the wrestling community is tight lipped about these things but now I'm starting to seriously doubt that considering there are now parents and athletes coming out about what other programs are doing to recruit kids in to their program. So I'm asking, why aren't these kids ratting out PSU? Seems it's in vogue now.

Take what Pat is saying with a grain of salt. He has provided no proof that was Larry Lee's phone number he was texting with. And if you choose to believe it was Larry's number, the only thing he can say is "yeah right, Larry isn't friends with Rick Willits" Or "Why isn't Larry calling every other injured wrestler". Theres a reason he says he has 100 missed calls and dozens of other texts but he strategically showed a select few and had them scrolled exactly to where he wanted. There are just far too many questions and concerns with Pat's story at this moment

If Willie had posted these screen shots I'd take them more seriously but Pat has no credibility. Particularly when it comes to Iowa.

I find it funny that when mineo said Penn st was option number 1 it was ok. Then he chose Iowa now Iowa is buying him per intermat jaggers weekly b/s. Which willie is the boss of!! Was gone for a while and just catching up. Speaking for myself, and I am assuming most rational fans. Transferring is fine, regardless of where the individual finds the best fit. What this all boils down to is competitiveness and jealousy. Nobody batted an eye when Killian Cardinale transferred to West Virginia. Why? Because West Virginia isn't a title threat. Real Woods coming to Iowa doesn't bother me at all, regardless of whether he pushes Iowa to take the team race or not. When you said about Dean going to PSU was fine but Woods to Iowa wasn't, is obviously true for some, but not all. Just like Woods to Iowa is fine but Dean to PSU wasn't. Both teams have fans that are extremely one sided and that will never change. My original posts in this thread were not a shot at Real in any way shape or form. My posts were only intended for the fans that basically said its ok for Real to go to Iowa but not Dean to PSU. I will not engage in that argument again. It is early in the offseason and there's some great freestyle events coming up. Lets pace ourselves.

My HS wrestling coach was fit as a fiddle, four years older than you. In addition to wrestling practice, he was a runner, hitting the road several times a week. But, he was tormented by something, and his heart exploded.

I also had a friend that was "fit as fiddle" that ran marathons. He wasn't tormented by anything other than a very rare disease called "fibromuscular dysplasia". No one had a clue, especially he and his loved ones.

He died one mile from the finish line and it took over four months for the coroner to find the cause of death.

So pawning off a hypothetical tormentor and a death on to someone else saying, "Hey, be careful, your inner demons may suddenly make your heart explode and kill you," is an incredibly callous, thoughtless, and dangerous. And just stupid.

Sometimes people die from freak accidents and it doesn't mean anything - which perhaps makes it worse.

I'll send them a message, give them a chance to correct their shit, and if they don't - they get suspended. Second infraction is another suspension. A 3rd offense they get banned. We don't openly spar in front of everyone because it gets us no where.

So you either:
A - don't know what a mod does
or
B - aren't good at it.

I've been here consistently for almost 4 years and this past week is the 1st time I've EVER SEEN you comment.

A simple "This is your last chance, cut it out," goes a hell of a lot further than a, "That's what I thought."
