At the end of the day, this has much do do with Iowas struggles. We have very little talent. Only way it changes in today's college football is with $$$, and I don't think fans can shell out enough to change it.

It will take years to adjust the roster. In recruiting, relationships have already been established and my guess is that they will continue to recruit the same type of players that fit their profile. So I can’t imagine they’ll totally change their recruiting philosophy.
And they don’t have many scholarships to use for portal transfers. Don’t see much changing.
