Tsirtsis is absolutely the most boring and predictable wrestler I've witnessed in a long time. This "shadow" riding that is blatant stalling with zero intention of turning has to be penalized. This is ridiculous.

Why are ref's not calling people riding parallel? Maybe you can consider him slightly off the hips to one side, but he makes no movement to attemp a turn. At least break them to their stomach, or learn a damn wrist tilt! As much as I hated Kelly getting tilted from that claw ride, at least it was a tilt.
